Après quelques albums chez Young God Records, le label de Michael Gira, le virtuose de la douze-cordes James Blackshaw a changé de crêmerie l’année dernière en publiant un EP chez Important Records. Le Britannique annonce maintenant un nouvel album sur son nouveau label américain. Le successeur de All Is Falling (2010) comprend six nouvelles compositions enregistrées à Chicago. L’album prendrait son inspiration chez l’auteur de science-fiction James Tiptree, Jr., aussi connu sous le nom d’Alice B. Sheldon. Love Is the Plan, the Plan Is Death est annoncé pour le 24 avril sur le label Important Records.
