Collaboratrice ces dernièrement années d’Anton Newcombe du Brian Jonestown Massacre (ils ont enregistré un album en duo sorti en 2018), la musicienne canadienne installée à Londres Tess Parks annonce son nouvel album And Those Who Were Seen Dancing pour le 20 mai sur le label Fuzz Club (Jesus and Mary Chain, Warm Graves…). And Those Who Were Seen Dancing est son deuxième album , neuf ans après son premier album Blood Hot sorti sur le label d’Alan McGee, 359 Music.

Le premier single single dévoilé, intitulé « Happy Birthday Forever », navigue entre psyché et dream pop .
