Alors que Radiohead ne semble pas pressé d’enregistrer un nouvel LP, le batteur Philip Selway en profite pour se concentrer sur son projet solo et annonce son second album pour octobre. Intitulé Weatherhouse the forthcoming, le successeur du calme et folky Familal (2010) contient dix morceaux et sortira chez Bella Union.
